2. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the service for:
- Sending spam, bulk marketing, or unsolicited promotions.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing any person.
- Sending illegal, defamatory, obscene, or offensive messages.
- Violating WhatsApp’s own policies, laws, or third-party rights.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Each reminder/message is billed at 0.30 paise or as displayed on our website.
- All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- We may change pricing at any time, with notice before charges apply.
4. Reliability & Limitations
- We strive for timely delivery using queues, retries, and time-zone handling.
- We do not warrant 100% uptime or error-free service.
- We are not liable for missed, delayed, or duplicate messages.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for entering correct recipient numbers, content, and timing.
- You must ensure that recipients have consented to receive your messages.
- You are solely liable for the content of your reminders.
6. Limitation of Liability
- You use this service at your own risk.
- We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability to you will not exceed the total amount you paid in the last 3 months.
7. Intellectual Property
- All logos, branding, and software are owned by WhatsApp Reminder.
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without written consent.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you breach these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to Surat, Gujarat jurisdiction.
